There are many ways to train at BWB, from our beginner classes to our specialty programming built for specific communities. Classes are coached by Bakr or one of our professional alternative coaches. For a plan built fully around your goals, look into the one-on-one package.

Group Classes

All levels welcome

High-energy boxing-conditioning sessions in a small-group setting. Coached pace, real technique, no spectators.

1-on-1 Personal Training

From first-timers to fighters

Programming dialed to you. Pads, bagwork, footwork, conditioning — every session built around your level and your next goal.

Youth Programming

Kids & teens

Age-appropriate boxing built around fitness, focus, and enjoyment. This program is tailored towards kids and teens enrolled in school to use as an after-school program that is flexible to all.

Specialty

Parkinson's, adaptive, more

Expanding into specialty programming. We have programs like non-contact boxing for Parkinson's which we do with RockSteady Boxing, adaptive sessions, and much more.
